Our office is family friendly and even has a kids play area right in the waiting room! Kids get to pick from the prize box after ultrasound is done.
A Physician Order or Referral is required prior to beginning all Medical Ultrasounds
Abdomen Ultrasound
Abdomen Ultrasound includes evaluate of the liver, gallbladder, kidneys, spleen, pancreas, bile ducts and other pertinent anatomy. These studies requiring fasting a minimum of 8 hours; for infants fasting 4 hours. More Info >>>
Kidney Ultrasound
Kidney Ultrasounds are commonly performed in kids to evaluate the health and anatomy of the kids. If recurrent kidney or bladder infections are an issue, the bladder will be included in the exam.
Pelvic Ultrasound
Pelvic Ultrasounds are performed using a full bladder as a window to evaluate the uterus and ovaries. Patients under the age of 18 receive a transabdominal (TA) approach from the top of the belly using the bladder as window. Testicular-Scrotum Ultrasound
Testicle Ultrasound is done by scanning through the scrotum sac. The testicles, epididymis and surrounding male anatomy can be evaluated.
Soft Tissue Ultrasound
Soft Tissue ultrasound is done in various places to evaluate muscle, fat, tendon, soft tissues etc.

Thyroid Ultrasound
Thyroid Ultrasound is performed on your low neck where the thyroid has a right, middle and left gland piece. More INFO >>>
Echocardiogram-Heart Ultrasound
Echocardiogram often referred to as a "Cardiac Echo" or a "Heart Ultrasound" is an evaluation of the Heart anatomy to include Heart valves, chambers of the heart, blood flow and overall contractility all of which are important to see to assess heart health. More INFO >>>>
Echoencephalogram (Newborn Brain)
Ultrasound of the newborn brain is called Echoencephalogram. It evaluates the brain tissue through the soft spot of the skull or fontanelle. This allow us to view the brain, looking at as much anatomy as possible. More INFO>>>
Hernia Ultrasound
Hernia Ultrasounds can be performed in the groin, pubic area and in the abdomen around the belly button. Sometimes hernias can occur within the scrotum also. More INFO>>>
Vein Ultrasound (Extremity)
Vein Ultrasounds are performed on both arms and legs depending on where your symptoms are. Veins carry blood from that body part or extremity back to your heart. More INFO >>>
Artery Ultrasound (Extremity)
Artery Ultrasounds are performed on both arms or legs to evaluate the blood flow to that limb. Arteries carry blood from your heart to that body part or limb.
Bladder Ultrasound
Bladder Ultrasounds are performed while the bladder is full so that we can see all the boundaries and anatomy. After full bladder images are obtained, we will have patient void and empty bladder. Then additional images are taken while the bladder is empty. More INFO>>>
Lymph Node Ultrasound
Lymph nodes can be evaluated with ultrasound in the neck, armpit (axilla) and groin.
All Ultrasounds done at Picture Perfect Ultrasound are performed by Ultrasound Specialists (Sonographers) that are registered and credentialed with ARDMS or Cardiac RCIS/RCS Credentialed
We do not perform Breast Ultrasound because we feel those patients are best served in dedicated Breast Imaging/mammography centers. Dynamic Hip Studies are not performed because they require physician manipulation during exam.
